CYYW-300~3000 Computer Display Hard Support Balancer

Scope of application:
This machine adopts the method of transmission by universal joint and has a relatively large diameter of gyration and a strong bearing capacity. It is suitable for use in testing high-speed rotary work, such as rotors of large-sized electric motors, fan blades, wind wheels, rollers, rubber rollers, ceramics machinery, printing machinery, etc., for dynamic balance.

Features:

  1. The color computer screen displays vector diagrams, counterbalances and phase values both clearly and intuitively.
  2. This machine adopts the method of transmission by universal joint and has a relatively large diameter of gyration and a strong bearing capacity.
  3. The zeroing/calibrating function eliminates the influence caused by the residual amount of unbalance of the machine or its clamping apparatus, thereby enabling increased precision.
  4. When measured data stabilizes, the machine stops and locks the data automatically. This feature helps reduce the time required for testing.
  5. An extended base, 4m or 6m in length, can be selected based on the actual dimensional specifications of the rotary part (installation of optional components required);
  6. The machine possesses a function of recording test results in print, which helps furnish data for quality control. (Optional)
  7. With the help of its original double-window display mode, the machine can store values measured last time. This facilitates simultaneous operation by two operators, thereby increasing the efficiency of labor.
  8. Clearness and intuitiveness. By setting a permissible amount of unbalance for a specific type of rotary parts, the machine can distinguish qualified parts from the disqualified by displaying OK or NG, depending on the rotary part is qualified or disqualified.
