Scope of application:
Suitable for use in testing rotors of toy electric motors, mini-sized electric motors and electric tools,and small-sized high-speed rotating shafts for dynamic balance.

Features:

  1. The color computer screen displays vector diagrams, counterbalances and phase values both clearly and intuitively.
  2. Because of the circular belt driving mode adopted, the balancer can start quickly, can be disassembled easily, and enables reliable performance;
  3. The zeroing/calibrating function eliminates the influence caused by the residual amount of unbalance of the machine or its clamping apparatus, thereby enabling increased precision.
  4. When measured data stabilizes, the machine stops and locks the data automatically. This feature helps reduce the time required for testing.
  5. It can print marks on the unbalanced positions on a rotary part, which in turn can help the correction process (installation of optional components required);
  6. The machine possesses a function of recording test results in print, which helps furnish data for quality control. (Optional)
  7. With the help of its original double-window display mode, the machine can store values measured last time. This facilitates simultaneous operation by two operators, thereby increasing the efficiency of labor.
  8. Clearness and intuitiveness. By setting a permissible amount of unbalance for a specific type of rotary parts, the machine can distinguish qualified parts from the disqualified by displaying OK or NG, depending on the rotary part is qualified or disqualified;
