| The dynamic balancer is a single-purpose apparatus for measuring the amount of unbalance and its phase for various rotary parts used in machinery. As modern industrial production develops rapidly, it is becoming increasingly important to eliminate the problem of vibration in machinery with a view to increasing the quality and service life of machinery products. Because of machining precision, rotary parts, once mounted in machinery, will generate excessive amounts of vibration and noise if not being made to go through a dynamic balance calibration, which will affect the production efficiency and service life of the machinery concerned, even damage the machinery in a worse situation, or cause accidents or other unexpected problems. Our factory manufactures a wide series of computerized dynamic balancers, designed to effectively solve the unbalance problem associated with various rotary parts. Our factory’s dynamic balancers normally consist of seven parts, including a machine base, a left support and a right support, a circular belt drive apparatus, piezoelectric sensors, a photoelectric detector, a motor drive control system, and a computer measurement system. They can be used to measure various types of rotary parts, ranging from 5 grams to 3 tons in mass. One unique feature of these products regarded as original domestically is that the rotation speed used in testing can be freely set within the 500 – 5000rpm range without compromising the precision in measurement. Another feature is that the time required for a test with our products, approximately 5 seconds, is short, nearly one time faster than that of other domestic machines of the same type, which as a result increases the production efficiency by about 50%. This machine adopts an advanced computerized operating system that was solely developed on our own, featuring quick measurements, a clear and intuitive interface, stable data, and ease of operation, and all these features make it technologically advanced when compared with products of the same type. For detailed information about the specific features of each model, please refer to the description of the model. The dynamic balancers manufactured by our factory can be divided into 5 big series. The Hard Support Circular Belt Drive Series.Soft Support Circular Belt Drive Series, Universal Joint Drive Series, Single-side Vertical Balancer Series, and Private Balancer Series. Our factory also sells epoxy balance cement, which can be divided into two types, normal and high speed. These two types of cement suit dynamic balance calibrations conducted on various types of machine parts.
