In order to suit the requirements for high precision and high efficiency of the dynamic balance testing conducted on small electric motors, our factory developed the CRYQ-5TN soft support balancer by assimilating advanced dynamic balance testing technology introduced from Germany, Japan and other countries. This machine features quickness, high accuracy and excellent stability and is fit to handle such things as small-sized rotors, electric tools, electric hair driers, electric motors for toys, etc. It has won praise from many customers specializing in the aforementioned industrial sectors.
Features:
- Quick measurement. The use of a stepping motor enables the adjustment of the balancing rotation speed, instantaneous stoppage upon automatic shutdown, completion of a test within 3 to 4 seconds;
- Only one key is required to complete the entire operation. The left and right angles and the amount of unbalance can be synchronously displayed. It saves about 50% of the time required otherwise when using a model with a stroboscopic light. It is suitable for mass production;
- Its performance is stable. When switched to the “automatic” gear, the machine can stop and lock measured data automatically. If switched to the “constantly open” gear, the machine will operate nonstop. The variation of the amount of unbalance can be controlled within the ±2mg range when conducting measurements with the machine set to the “constantly open” state.
- The machine is convenient and fast to operate. The conventional method featuring the use of a standard rotor for calibrating the balancer is replaced with the “test weight block calibration method”. During a calibration using this method, a test weight block of a known weight is placed on the rotor to be tested, and the computer makes adjustments to the status parameters automatically. Such a calibration normally takes about one minute. And rotors of the same model can be tested in quantity after the calibration.
- The machine possesses a function of recording test results in print, which helps furnish data for quality control. (Optional)
- With the help of its original double-window display mode, the machine can store values measured last time. This facilitates simultaneous operation by two operators, thereby increasing the efficiency of labor.
- Clearness and intuitiveness. By setting a permissible amount of unbalance for a specific type of rotary parts, the machine can distinguish qualified parts from the disqualified by displaying OK or NG, depending on the rotary part is qualified or disqualified;
