Scope of application:
This machine has such features as automatic positioning, accurate measurement and simple operation. It is suitable for use in testing rotors of mini-sized electric motors, toy electric motors, fractional horsepower electric motors, automotive electric motors, etc. for dynamic balance.
Features:
- Without the need to make any marks on the rotor, the unbalanced positions on the rotor’s left and right sides can be automatically located and then marked up with imprints. This in turn facilitates ensuing corrections and balance calibrations (installation of some optional components required).
- The “electric standard rotor” method is used to calibrate the rotor automatically. No standard rotor is required when debugging the machine.
- Measurement can be conducted on both sides simultaneously. The measured data from the previous measurement can be stored and this facilitates making references when adjusting the counterweight.
- A color screen Chinese interface realizes man-machine conversation and consequently simplifies the work involved. Measured data can be viewed and displayed in a simple and intuitive manner.
- The precision in measurement is high and the display resolution for measured values can be as high as 0.001g.
- Magneto-electric speed sensors are adopted and a stepping motor is used to realize circular belt drive.
- A large-scale database adopted can store parameters required for measuring several hundreds of rotors of different specifications.
- The machine possesses a function of recording test results in print, which helps furnish data for quality control. (Optional)
