On the basis of assimilating domestic and foreign technologies and under the guidance of experts with the Guangdong Vibration Academy, our factory have so far developed the CYYQ, CYYW and CYLD series of computerized dynamic balancers, all with our proprietary intellectual property. In particular, the computer measurement system used in these dynamic balancers incorporates our unique technologically innovative achievements. Under this technically advanced computerized operating system, man-machine conversation is adopted to let the operator input necessary measurement parameters so that data processing can be handled by the computer; the amount of unbalance and its angle are quickly displayed for the rotary part being tested; functions such as automatic shutdown and data locking are available; and, a large-scale database capable of storing measurement parameters for rotary parts is also available so that marks can be printed on the unbalanced positions on the rotary part automatically (optional components required). Our dynamic balancers are easy to operate and complete in functionality, and can be widely used in dynamic balance measurements conducted on various types of rotary parts, including motor rotors, fan blades, wind wheels, cutters, shafts, etc. They are internationally advanced when compared with products of the same type and have won praise from widespread customers.
Our factory has already passed the ISO9001: 2000 International Quality Management System Certification and has been observing the [Q/(GZ) SDDI-2002 CYYQ Dynamic Balancer] standard as the common standard for any products it produces and sells. This standard has been submitted to the Guangzhou Technology Supervision Bureau’s Standard Division for the record.
